Function Introduction

Users can submit a gene list and set (FDR adjusted) P-value to perform TF enrichment.
KnockTF will map these submitted genes to the TF-differentially expressed gene network and perform Hypergeometric test between the submitted genes and all the differentially expressed genes regulated by each TF.
The TFs under the threshold of (FDR adjusted) P-value users set are regarded as the most important TFs significantly regulating the submitted genes.
