Description: KYSE450 cells were treated with JQ1 for 144 hours, and cellular senescence was monitored by SA-β-gal staining. mRNA levels of p21, p27 in KYSE450 cells treated with JQ1 for 72 hours using qPCR. Immunoblotting for BRD4 and p21 in KYSE450 after treatment with vehicle or JQ1 for 48, 72, 96 and 144 hours. GAPDH served as a loading control. Four oesophageal cancer cell lines were treated with indicated JQ1 for 72 hours. The cell viability was assayed by CCK-8.
