Function introduction:

1) We collected a total of 2,881 pathways that were obtained from 10 pathway databases.

2) We collected a total of 1,345 experimentally confirmed aging genes from 4 aging databases (AgingReG, CSgene, CellAge, Genage).

3) A certain pathway contained at least one aging gene, it was considered to be the aging gene related pathway. Finally, we retained 2,293 pathways related to aging genes.

4) AgingReG will calculate the submitted genes with each aging pathway to perform hypergeometric test.
