Description: | Cell viability was analyzed by CCK-8 kit. EdU staining assay was performed, and nuclei of all cells were stained with blue while nuclei of cells with high DNA replication activities were stained with green simultaneously. SFN increased SA-β-gal activity. The cells treated with SFN for 24 h were stained with PI and analyzed by FACS assay. SFN-treated ECA-109 cells were stained with DAPI to show SAHFs. SFN disrupts the GSH/GSSG balance to promote ROS production. |
