Description: | 5-AZA-dC treat- ment induced a significant increase in p21 expression in all cell lines compared to untreated controls. For Rb, there was a significant decrease in expression in PEO1 and PEO4 cells compared to untreated controls.The G1 phase was decreased for all 6 cell lines, reaching statistical significance for PEO1 and MDA-MB-231 treated cells. The S phase was significantly increased in PEO1 and MDA-MB-231 treated cells, and G2 phase was significantly increased in A2780cis, PEO1 and MDA-MB-231 treated cells (p?≤?0.05). |
