Description: On the other hand, 2 Gy of radiation induced senescence in both undifferentiated NT2/D1 and NT2/D1 1W cells in early phase of differentiation.Results also indicate that, after 2 Gy of radiation, both undifferentiated NT2/D1 cells and differentiated NT2/D1 1W cells have increased number of cells in sub-G1 phase, while number of cells in G1 and S phase is reduced .Also, we observed overall increased cell number in G0/G1 phase of NT2/D1 1W, accompanied with smaller number of cells in S phase compared to undifferentiated NT2/D1 cells .Western blot analysis showed that 2 Gy dose of radiation increased the level of p21Waf1/Cip expression only in NT2/D11W cells.
