Description: | HDFs were treated with free Rapa or CD9-Lac/CaCO3/Rapa for 72 h, followed by 3 passages before analysis because the proliferative effect of Rapa was found to be high after 3 passages.The number of HDFs (P23) positive for β-galacto sidase staining clearly decreased following treatment with Rap-a or CD9-Lac/CaCO3/Rapa, which can be attributed to mTOR inhibitory activities of Rapa.The population doubling time was signficantly reduced in free Rapa- or CD9-Lac/CaCO3/Rapa-treated HDFs (P23) when compared to untreated old HDFs. |
