Description: | Morphological changes in SAR01/04 cells began to appear 3 days after exposure to 50 μM H2O2. Two weeks later, the morphology of the treated cells resembled that of senescent cell: with gross enlargement, flattening, and the accumulation of granular cytoplasmic inclusions .In SRA01/04 cells exposed to 50 μM H2O2 for 2 weeks, the proportion of SA-β-gal staining cells was 90.3%±6.2%, but in normal SRA01/04 cells, the SA-β-gal staining was absent . |
