Description: | MLN4924 also induced G2 phase cell cycle arrest, as demonstrated by the accumulation of G2-M phase transition inhibitor WEE1, the downregulation of M phase marker p-histone H3 and the increased frequency of cells in G2 phase.whereas in A549 and H1299 cells MLN4924 triggered senescence, as demonstrated by an enlarged and flattened cellular shape and the expression of senescence-associated β-galactosidase. |
