| Description: | When HUVECs were exposed to NC, tamoxifen-induced cell senescence increased about fourfold, whereas 3-MA affected senescence only marginally. In contrast, exposure of HUVECs to GC alone resulted in a greater than fivefold increase in the proportion of senescent cells, and the presence of 3-MA led to a significant attenuation of development of premature senescence. |
