Description: We observed SA-β-gal expression, a senescence marker, at 72 h after lidamycin treatment. The treated cells showed phenotypic changes that resembled features of normal senescence, including enlarged and flattened morphology, increased granularity, vacuolization, and enhanced SA-β-gal- positive cells.Moreover, the induction of senescence-like phenotype in BEL-7402 cells was increased dose-dependently.
