The percentage of β-galactosidase-positive cells with disorazole C1 treatment was comparable with that seen with doxorubicin. Disorazole C1 also produced positive β-galactosidase human colon cancer (HCT116), lung cancer (H1299), and oral squamous carcinoma (UPCI:SCC103) cells. |
