Description: | We performed a β-galactosidase staining assay and found that most MLN4924-treated OS cells were stained , confirming MLN4924-induced senescence, In flow cytometry cell cycle analysis using propidium iodide DNA staining, a low concentration of MLN4924 (0.04 uM) modestly affected the cell cycle distribution, and a high concentration (1 μM) increased the population of cells in the G2 phase while reducing the S phase population.Furthermore, we observed that a fraction of cells became flat and greatly enlarged after MLN4924 treatment, suggesting an increase in cell senescence. |
