Description: | Non-treated and treated (100 nM doxorubicin) cells were labeled with Lysotracker Red. Notably, treated cells displayed a marked redistribution of lysosome with diffused perinuclear pattern. Apart from enhanced lysosomal content, an increased percentage of canonical marker SA-β-gal in treated cells was correspondingly observed. We therefore labeled the non-treated and treated (100 nM doxorubicin) cells with Mitotracker Red.Treated cells significantly altered the number of 53BP1 foci compared with Nontreated con. Senescence was further confirmed by elevated levels of proteins p16 and p21 in treated cells using Western blot analysis . |
