Description: | The cell viability was reduced significantly after 24 h of incubation with H2O2, being about 60% of the cells without H2O2 treatment.there was no evident sub-G0/G1peak, excluding cell death in the H2O2-treated cell line.The PSC cells displayed an increase in cell size and became flattened, and at least 80% of them showed blue staining indicating SA-β-gal activity .PSC cells displayed pronounced punctate heterochromatin foci in nuclei,demonstrating SAHF positive cells.Mussel oligopeptides (100 mg/ml) significantly attenuated the intracellular SAHF level (P < 0.01). |
