| Description: | C75 treatment of HSCs showed a marked ability to prevent the activation of the senescent phenotype indicated by higher levels of BrdU staining and low SA-β-gal activity . Senescent cells treated with C75 significantly reduced IL1A, IL1B and IL6 mRNA levels in HSCs.Significant inhibition of cell cycle inhibitors and SASP genes in RAS-induced senescent cells were observed after treatment with C75. |
