| Description: | We found that caffeine indeed inhibited AAPH-induced increase in the SA β-Gal activity in A375 and NIH3T3 cells. Further, caffeine suppressed AAPH-induced SAHF formation in A375 cells, increases in p53 phosphorylation and p21 protein levels both in A375 and in NIH3T3 cells. |
