Description: | When MSCs were treated with DOXO at a concentration of 5 mol/l, the proliferation rate decreased significantly, starting immediately after treatment and lasting for 7 days . Furthermore, DOXO treatment significantly decreased MSC viability compared with the control group, as measured by the MTT assay.Furthermore, the expression of the senescence-associated genes cellular tumor antigen p53 and p16 was significantly increased in the DOXO treatment group compared with the control group . |
