Description: | H2O2 alone (not in combination with quercetin) promoted the expression of senescence-associated β-galactosidase activity in NIH 3T3 cells. However, quercetin successfully prevented this H2O2-induced premature senescence.Treatment with vitamin E successfully prevented the H2O2-induced expression of acid β-galactosidase activity. |
