| Description: | Using the same pulse-treatment setup as before, we observed a time- and dose-dependent cellenlargement, accompanied by increasing SAβGal-activity. Tc53-treated cells were undistinguishable from controls. There was a clear gain in positive staining with time and concentration of Tc52. |
