Description: | Interestingly, at 100 μM of MNNG treatment,the HCT-116 cells showed a major change in their cell cycle arrest profile in which the G0/G1 phase arrest was significantly increased, and the G2/M phase arrest was decreased as compared to control cells.Our result showed that senescence-associated β-galactosidase staining increased in cells treated with 100 μM MNNG as compared to untreated cells. |
