Description: The pretreatment with CORM-A1 significantly alleviated the 5FU-elicited senescence of HUVECs. The CO treatment alone did not alter the basal senescence level of HUVECs, but reversed 5FU-induced endothelial senescence in a dose-dependent manner.5FU significantly increased PAI-1 and TNF-α expression, and the upregulation of these SASPs was attenuated by CO treatment.
