Description: The results showed that 1,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 significantly increased the senescent rate of glioma cells (U87 and U251).Our data showed that 1,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 not only increased the expression of CDKN1A in U87 and U251 cells, but also unregulated the level of INK4A, another marker of senescence.
