Description: The percentage of positive SA-β-gal staining cells was increased, the telomerase activity was decreased and the expressions (both mRNA and protein) of both CGRP I and Klotho were down-regulated in Ang II-treated EPCs. Pretreatment with rutaecarpine reversed these effects in a dose-dependent manner.
