Description: | AngII was able to accelerate EPCs senescence as shown by the increased percentage of positive SA-β-gal staining cells and the decreased telomerase activity concomitantly with the increase in the mRNA expression of NADPH oxidase gp91phoxsubunit and intracellular ROS production shown by fluorescent dichlorofluorescein.These effects were reversed by exogenous administration of CGRP in a dose-dependent manner. |
