Description: Indeed, all three lines of cancer cells after MLN4924 treatment at 0.1 μM concentration demonstrated an enlarged and flattened shape, a reminiscence of senescence phenotype.SA-β-Gal staining showed that ~50% of HCT116 cells were stained positively compared with only ~1% cells with positive staining in the DMSO control group .
