Description: A prominent G2-M cell-cycle arrest was observed in all treated cell lines (Raji, U937,SU-DHL-4 and Toledo) in a dose-dependent manner;An increase in cell size with flattened shape, a characteristic of senescence, was observed in Raji and U937 cells;the expression of SA-β-gal was determined by SA-β-gal staining in MLN4924-treated cells,a substantial proportion of MLN4924-treated cells were positively stained.
