Description: | A time-dependent increase in β-gal staining was noted in cells treated with 10 nM LGX818 for periods of up to 72 h compared with vehicle-treated (non-treated) cells. Consistently, LGX818 treatment led to a significant decrease in the percentage of BrdU-positive cells. Elevated SA-β-gal activity and reduced BrdU incorporation were also observed in LGX818-treated SK-MEL-24 cells. |
