Pathway description: | PINK1 knockdown also enhanced CSE-induced mitochondrial ROS production and HBEC senescence . PINK1 knockdown noticeably reduced PARK2-HA levels in the mitochondrial fraction, while increased PARK2-HA levels were observed in the cytosolic fraction in PARK2-HA-transfected HBEC, supporting the notion that PINK1 is responsible for translocation of PARK2 from the cytoplasm to the mitochondria . |
