Description: We observed a dose-dependent decrease in proliferation that leveled around 5Gy.SABG activity was detected in damaged MSC or fibroblasts 9 days following irradiation while no detectable SABG expression was found baseline (0 Gy). This was confirmed by a significant increase in cell size 8 days after irradiation as measured by flow cytometry.Overall, irradiated MSC display all the critical hallmarks associated with the presence of a senescence-associated persistent DDR.
