Description: We found that the number of Ki-67 positive cells was dramatically decreased after H2O2 induction,however, the number of Ki-67 positive cells was greatly enhanced by subsequent TC treatment;The percentage of SA-β-gal positive cells was decreased dramatically when H2O2-induced cells were treated with TC, confirming its anti-senescent effects ;The TC-treated ADSCs post H2O2 treatment showed increased telomerase activity when compared to the H2O2 group.
