Target gene description: | Western blotting analysis revealed that the protein level of FOXM1 was decreased by PD-0332991 in a concentration-dependent manner. Importantly, compared with si-control transfection, knockdown of FOXM1 obviously potentiated the PD-0332991-induced cellular senescence, as indicated by a significant increase in the percentage of SA-β-gal positive cells. |
