Description: SA-β-gal activity significantly increased in LP-MSCs compared with that in EP-MSCs(SIRT1 expression) treated with either EtOH or with resveratrol.The CFU-F assay was performed. The results showed that resveratrol enhanced the colony-forming ability of EP-MSCs.
