Description: Approximately 45% of KYSE30 RECQL4-depleted cells and 30% of TE-1 RECQL4-depleted cells showed positive SA-β-gal staining. The expression of p21, an effector molecule of G1 arrest and cellular senescence, was also increased significantly, which is consistent with previous studies.
