Pathway description: | The western blot results showed that B7-H3 knockdown decreased SIRT1 protein expression, while TM4SF1 overexpression reversed the effect of B7-H3 knockdown on SIRT1 expression in low-dose DOX induced senescent HCT116 and RKO cells. Moreover, B7-H3 overexpression increased SIRT1 protein expression, while TM4SF1 knockdown abolished the effect of B7-H3 overexpression on SIRT1 expression in low-dose DOX-induced senescent CRC cells. |
