To confirm the inactivation of the ATM pathway by siRNA, real time PCR was performed. According to the efficiency of siRNA, we chose si1 in SW480 and si4 in DLD 1. Meanwhile, the inhibition of ATM significantly reduced the RH2A protein level. |
