Description: | When compared with the blank group and the NC group, the cells were found relatively large in size with high degree of senescence in the miR-338-5p mimic group and the siRNA-FOXD1 group, while were small in size with low degree of senescence in the miR-338-5p inhibitor group.When compared with the blank group and the NC group, the G0/G1 phase lengthened (increased proportion of cells), but the S phase shortened (decreased proportion of cells) in the miR-338-5p mimic group and the miR-338-5p mimic group. |
