Description: | Compared with the wide type and control cells, the miR-34a over-expression cells exhibited an about 1.6 to 2.0 times increase in the percentage of cell at G0/G1 phase, along with a?decreased cell percentage at the S?phase.The result showed that the mean percentage of SA-β-gal-positive cells increased by 4.41 times (UM-SCC-23-miR-34a) and 8.18 times (Fadu-miR-34a) in miR-34a over-expression cell lines than that in control cell lines. |
