Description: In contrast, upon Ras introduction, REF cells with Seladin-1 knockdown continued to proliferate, exhibited a condensed cell morphology, and were not stained in SA-β-gal assay .We observed that cells with Seladin-1 knockdown continued to show BrdU incorporation, cell proliferation and approximately fourfold less SA-β-gal staining after H2O2 treatment.
