Description: Injurin1 overexpression increased the percentage of the total cell population in the G0–G1 phase, decreased the percentage of cells in the S phase. The percentage of SA-β-galactosidase-positive cells in ninjurin1-overexpressing populations was 26% in Nin1 and 21% in Nin2. In contrast, less than 1% of the parental and mock clones were SA-β-galactosidasepositive.Nin1 and Nin2 cells displayed intense cytoplasmic, granular fluorescence.Flow cytometric analysis revealed that both Nin1 and Nin2 cells showed a discernable increase in fluorescence in comparison to the mock clones.
