Target gene description: Interestingly, we observed decreased ATM staining and levels in cells overexpressing WSB1.These results led us to hypothesize that WSB1 might negatively regulate A TM levels and that ATM might be a major target of WSB1 in overcoming OIS.We also obtained similar results using ATM+/+ and ATM?/? immortal MEFs. These results suggest that A TM is a major target of WSB1 in inducing cell transformation.
