Description: TERT expressing DC-1 and normal cells had much higher telomerase activity.TERT-expressing DC cells exhibited a significant 50% decrease in both DHE and MitoSOX oxidation, relative to empty vector treated cells, demonstrating that overexpression of TERT in DC cells decreased steady-state levels of superoxide.
