Description: Incubation of human cervical cancer HeLa cells with different concentrations of BMP7 for 48 hours resulted in significant inhibition of telomerase activity.BMP7 induced significant inhibition of telomerase activity in a dose-dependent manner in PMC42 cells.Analyzing the mean telomere length in control and BMP7-treated cells showed that the mean telomere length in the BMP7-treated group could be f25% shorter than that in the controls.
