Description: | The senescent (SA-β-gal positive) MSCs showed a blight-blue staining in their central cytoplasm.It is noteworthy that the reduced proliferation, accumulative NCD and marker gene expressions, and the increased senescence were also observed in the void vector transfected MSCs after the selection, indicating that the unexpected cellular senescence may be, at least partly, due to a side effect of puromycin. |
