Description: Treatment with Pifithrin-α reversed CK2-I-induced cell cycle arrest. Similar results were obtained in U87 cells also (data not shown). The increase in senescence-positive cells observed in cells treated with CK2-I both in the presence and absence of TNFα, was abrogated in the presence of Pifithrin-α.
