Description: | On the 4th day after H2O2 treatment, we observed less senescence in U251MG cells treated with EGF compared with non-EGF treated cells. On the 7th day after H2O2 treatment, the number of senescent cells in the EGF treatment group was significantly less than that in the non-treatment control group.There was a significant difference in U251MG senescence between cells treated and not treated with EGF for 7?days. With EGF (40?ng/ml) treatment, senescence of U251MG cells induced by H2O2 decreased. The concentration of 40?ng/ml EGF inhibited U251MG cell senescence efficiently. |
