Description: HNRNPA1-KD led to a higher percentage of positive SA-β-Gal stained cells and slower cell growth rate in both cell types. Besides, HNRNPA1-KD HUVECs and A549 cells also showed arrested G2/M phase, decreased LMNB1 expression, increased ROS production, and altered expression of senescence-associated molecular markers (including CDK1, CDK2, CCNB1, and IL6), resembling to the effects caused by HN1-KD.
