Description: Although cellular proliferation remained largely unaltered, enforced SATB2 overexpression significantly enhanced pluripotency markers expression, whereas reduced cellular senescence as reflected by reduced SA-β-Gal-positive cells and senescence marker expression.The cellular proliferation rate significantly decreased after SATB2 knockdown.
