Pathway description: | However, both mRNA and protein levels of p53 and p21 were remarkably increased after CDC73 knockdown in 293T cells.Similarly, the protein level of p21 was significantly increased in CDC73-deficient HUVECs and A549 cells . These results support the notion that reduced CDC73 expression may induce senescence through the p53-p21 pathway. |
