Pathway description: | Interestingly, the protein levels of p53 and p21 were significantly increased in B-myb-silenced cells compared with that of the controls.The upregulation of p- p53, p53 and p21 in B- myb knockdown cells could be abolished in the presence of PFTα. PFTα could also obviously attenuate the upregulation of SA- β- gal activity in B- myb knockdown cells. The production of intracellular ROS was significantly increased in B- myb- silenced cells.Bmyb- silenced cells incubated with NAC could significantly diminish the upregulation of p- p53, p53 and p21. |
